	The fact our dive club have visited Calypso Dive Centre of Excellence on two occasions in two years speaks volumes.The first time in late June 2008 saw 23 of us descend on a fantastically organised set up, with really friendly and helpful staff, from George at the top, to Josette in admin and the dive guides. We said we would return and in just over a year I was booking another trip for late June 2010. This year we were 18 with 3 non divers, quite a lot for you guys to handle as one group, and George, you did it superbly as I knew you would. Marsalform is the perfect setting for the centre and has everything going for it - The geography, as in flight time, and, if you fly Air Malta, for an extra Euros 30 for dive gear you are allowed a whacking 62K luggage allowance: The Ferry (divers love on the water as well as under): The Dive Centre with it’s precision planning and fantastic staff, and I know it’s the only centre on Gozo with hot water for washing of the kit: The Bay: The Apartments – Calypso apartments are just up the steps from the centre and all it’s action, falling out of bed and into a jeep is pure luxury: The Restaurants (excellent food) – chose a different one every night or every meal if you wish: For Non Divers there is much to do, local buses or taxis to take one to interesting and historical places, sunbathing on the beach or on the roof of the Calypso Hotel. You can use their restaurant or have late night cocktails on the roof looking out over the ocean. The week is full – breakfast, dive, lunch, dive, wash kit, socialise, shower, dinner, cocktails, sleep. And, if all that is not enough, have a sunset cruise with a BBQ on board to fungi rock for very special photographs. The waters here are the clearest I have seen anywhere in the world. This year on our first dive I was able to tick off my “I MUST SEE” list after twelve years, a :))) :))) SEAHORSE :))) :))). 	Dear George, Graham, Laila, Neil, Bevan, Mac, Tanya and the rest of the Calypso team, I have to say a massive thank you for such a fantastic holiday last week, for the 9 brilliant dives and for amazingly fulfilling everything on my wish list with a diving day to spare. George, thanks for the great boat ride, following me down to 40m to see that all was well on Croc Rock and arranging all the logistics for the holiday, which went so smoothly; Tanya, your smile and enthusiasm were infectious on our Inland Sea-Cave-Chimney-Blue Hole dive; I was so impressed at how much Laila and Neil cared about everyone having a good time in the safest way possible at Calypso tunnel; and the site maps Neil produced were great for the Inland Sea-Blue Hole; Bevan thanks for being so chilled out and always being happy to help; respect to Mac for having the guts to try and find the seahorses; and Graham, you were an all-round awesome instructor and buddy on all our dives. I've had so much fun with my diving and instructing since, which shows how inspiring all of you were. 	Hi George, A big thank you from me and everyone at Pisces (although I notice Rick and Lesley beat me to the guestbook!). We all had a wonderful week in Gozo. Thanks for organising everything and coping with our chaos. We now have four very proud instructors and sixteen other tired divers and people are already asking when we are coming back. 	Dear George What can I say! I have just wondered for the thousandth time, what was I doing this time last week? On this particular day and time - eating a very nice lunch on Captain Tony's boat and waiting for the afternoon dive. I am sure you will receive more emails from club members so I will only speak for Rick and I. We had a superb time, everything was absolutely brilliant. Calypso Diving Centre certainly deserves to be a Centre of Excellence, the daily organisation and efficiency for 21 of us and goodness knows how many other divers was extremely impressive, and the staff hard working and very friendly. A huge thankyou to all of you for making our week most memorable, and hugs from me to Relinda, Gary and Niall for being our drivers AND guides AND making us laugh. Personally I would love to return when it is cooler, so I can see the island, do some photography and get some more diving in. Is late October / early November suitable for diving? Not this year though as Doreen, Rick and I are off to Djibouti in November to see the whale sharks migrating.I do hope to see you all soon. Thankyou once again for everything. 	Hi George and family, it is of no use. After having spent our holidays every year at Gozo, diving with Calypso since 2000, we always said the same thing: "It was absolutely fantastic, but next year let us try another country". Impossible. After a few months we all feel like "Homesick" and we have to come back again and again and again. We are planning our next tour for October. 	Hi to George , Bob from Niall, one of the Irish guys who did the BSAC course in Febuary. I'm not sure whether I should thank you for teaching me to dive ! I now spend all my spare cash on dive gear, I haven't had a cigarette in months, the back of the landrover is destroyed from wet gear, I torture myself in the gym several nights a week in an attempt to get water fit, I drive hundreds of Kms to spend 45 minute sessions in 9 degree water.
